The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy" It is a beautiful safe, gentle and healing modality that everyone can use. Reiki treats the whole person- body, mind and spirit. By laying of the hands the life force energy flows promoting healing, relaxation and stress reduction.

Reflexology is based on the theory that all areas of the body correspond with and can be mapped on the feet, hands and ears. By working the feet, hands or ears with specific techniques, it is said Reflexology can bring the body back to homeostasis.
