Cancellation Policy for appointments:

 Life happens and you may not be able to make your appointment and I understand that. If that happens, here’s a reminder of our cancellation policy:

* I require a minimum of 24 hours notice, or a 60% cancellation fee will be charged. (Due and payable at time of cancellation via e-transfer)

* If you are a no show you will be charged 100% of the treatment booked. (Due and payable at time of scheduled appointment via e-transfer)

Please understand that when you cancel last minute I have no ability to fill that slot. Your health and wellness is a top priority. I appreciate all of my clients and ask that we respect one another’s time.

Yoga Classes 

Doors will be open 15 minutes before classes start. Please arrive on time to allow yourself time to set up and 'arrive' before class starts. The outside door will be locked 5 minutes before class starts and late comers will not be permitted. It is disruptive to myself and the rest of the class.   

Cellphones are to be placed on airplane mode with volume off or turned off upon entering the studio.

After class please be respectful of others and exit quietly keeping the beautiful energy we created during our practice.
